FV10i、FV1000、FV4000は、moodleで利用許可申請を提出し、許可を得てから使用してください。

予約した時間と使用した時間が異なる場合、予約の詳細が書かれたページ（予約表の自分の予約をクリック）の下側にある
『実績を編集』の『利用実績時間』をチェックし、実際に使用した時間を記入してください。
If the usage time differed from the reservation time, please write the actual usage time in the "Edit History" at the bottom of your reservation information page (please click your reservation on the reservation table).
予約の変更なしにキャンセルを繰り返す場合、使用停止になる場合があります。
If you don’t use this machine without a cancellation of a reservation repeatedly, you may get a penalty.
出たゴミは必ず持ち帰り、機器の周りを清掃すること。
After use, please clean up around the machine and take the waste with you.
